Returns

Consumables:

  • You have 30 (Thirty) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return the unit:
  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Must be in its original packaging.
  • Must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Multifuntional Printers:

  • Green World Copier & Supplies has the right to refuse a return if the total meter reading on the unit is not identical to the meter on bill of sale or if any damage has occurred to the unit.
  • Return shipping costs are at customer’s expense and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
